  1. To upgrade from previous versions:
  2.  
  3. 1. Make a backup of your older version.
  4.  
  5. 2. From this distribution, copy IPMGR.EXE,
  6.    IPMGR.HLP, and SEGMENT.INI into the
  7.    current IP Manager directory.
  8.  
  9. 3. Add an icon in program manager.
  10.  
  11. To install IP Manager, do the following:
  12.  
  13. 1. Copy all DLL and VBX files to 
  14.    \WINDOWS\SYSTEM or appropriate 
  15.    directory.
  16.  
  17. 2. Copy all other files to any other directory.
  18.  
  19. 3. Add the following line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT
  20.    file before loading Windows:
  21.  
  22.    C:\DOS\SHARE /L:500   (or use appropriate path)
  23.  
  24. 4. Add an icon in program manager.
  25.  
  26. This trial version is limited to only 25
  27. devices*.  You may try IP Manager for 21 days.  
  28. If at the end of the trial period you decide
  29. not to purchase IP Manager, it should be deleted.
  30.  
  31. Registration of IP Manager is $20 US Dollars.

  44. of devices exceeds 25, further device entry is
